Situated in the heart of Glen Burnie Park and easily accessible from Interstate 97 and Rt. 100 in Anne Arundel County, the center is minutes from BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport, Ft. George G. Meade/NSA and Baltimore Washington Medical Center.

The Glen Burnie Center is open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The center accepts children from 2 to 10 years of age. It is currently licensed for 60 children. Joy In Learning provides two snacks per day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Breakfast is available for an additional charge. Children bring a lunch from home. If it requires heating, the staff can accommodate.
